Join our PTSO!

PTSO stands for Parent Teacher Student Organization. The goal of the PTSO is to support the staff and families at RDLS through whatever means possible. This may mean fundraising, volunteering, donating or building. The PTSO generally meets the third Tuesday of every month at either 6 p.m. or at 7:45 a.m. Specific dates and times can be found on the school calendar. Officers of the PTSO include two co-presidents (one English speaking, one Spanish speaking or bilingual), a secretary, treasurer, fundraising coordinator and volunteer coordinator. Please feel free to attend any meeting. We hope to see you there!

Contact the PTSO at rdls.ptso@gmail.com or visit the RDLS PTSO website for more information.

Volunteer

If you're interested in volunteering, please contact our main office to inquire about opportunities or complete the districtwide volunteer interest form. All volunteers working in schools and/or with students will need to clear security measures including background checks for various roles. Contact us or email the District volunteer coordinator at volunteer@rpsmn.org for more information.

Donate

There are several ways to support our students through financial gifts as well as in-kind donations. All donations should be made through one of these approved channels. Donations are accepted and approved by the Board of Education.

Donations

  • School supplies can be purchased and donated at any time. You can contact our main office to inquire about specific needs or drop-off times.
  • Adopt-A-Classroom: Through Adopt-A-Classroom, teachers and staff create pages with items that they are seeking for their classroom or program. Donors can select the items they wish to purchase and the items are delivered directly to the school. You can search by school name, teacher name and more.

Financial Gifts

  • Donate to our school online through our Richfield Dual Language School (RDLS) GiveMN page.
  • Support our PTSO either through a cash donation or one of their fundraisers. (Note: The PTSO is not part of the District and they operate outside of school or District oversight. To donate to the PTSO, contact them directly.)
