We are so grateful for your partnership in your child's education. Thank you for your participation in our annual survey. The results truly help us reflect and improve our school.
I am proud of the strength of the survey results. It is clear that families value our school and are pleased with their experience at RDLS. When reviewing the written comments and the survey results, our team brainstormed a few areas of focus as we move into next school year:
- Continue consistent communication home to families at the classroom and school level: field trips, volunteer opportunities and topics being covered in class
- Support families in transition to Middle School and eventual graduation from RPS
- Continue to develop supports for students, academic and social-emotional
We are open to continual reflection and improvement and your feedback is an essential part of that process. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our team if you would like to provide additional feedback.

- RDLS is working hard for the community!
- It is a very good school, it has very good teachers. I have an 18-year-old daughter who graduated from RPS and I can testify that it is a very good school. The children leave completely bilingual. Reading and writing perfectly in both languages.
- Excellent school. They care about each student and keep us informed of everything that happens day by day. Thank you for all the work they do.
- Our child's teachers for both k and 1st have been wonderful, as are the specialists. We are not in the district but continue to send our child because of how fabulous the teachers are.
- RDLS has a great community and not only prepare the kids academically but also the kids from RDLS are well behaved and have respect for our diverse community.
- All I got to say is that, I’m very happy and proud and beyond grateful that this school exists! All my kids went to RDLS and as a mother I did want my kids to speak just English! So glad that I made the decision to enroll my kids here and not only that but they got the help and programs they needed to be successful on each grade! I love this school! My kids love this school! Great teachers! Lots of good memories that my kids still remember! Thank you RDLS!
