Fundraiser to Support Ukraine Refugees

The total is in: RDLS raised $7,433.71 for Ukraine through their Student Council Coin Drive! The money from the fundraiser went to support CARE, an organization that works around the globe to save lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice. Funds raised through the RDLS Student Council Coin Drive will specifically support CARE's Ukraine Crisis Fund.

The fundraiser took place March 21-25. The students were excellent counters, because the total they came up with was very close to the actual amount raised! Special thank you to My Credit Union - Richfield branch and to the RDLS parent and branch manager who assisted with coin counting and a cashier check. Way to go, RDLS community!
