Introducing the 2026-32 Strategic Plan, Richfield Rising
Over the past year, our community has come together to build Richfield Rising, our 2026-32 Strategic Plan.
Building on the momentum of our previous plans, Reimagine Richfield and Richfield Realized, this new roadmap was shaped directly by the voices of our students, staff, families and neighbors through surveys, focus groups and listening sessions.
On August 3, 2026, the School Board officially approved the final plan. You can view the full document online:
With the overarching plan approved, district leaders and administrators are now working to refine the specific strategies and operational activities that will bring these priorities to life over the next six years. We remain committed to keeping you informed and engaged as this work unfolds.
